Scentsy Story
Scentsy came into my life as a gift to my boyfriend. He had received a warmer and a couple scent bars as a gift and (being the curious person that I am) I saw it at his house and asked what it was. He wasn't too sure, but he let me bring it to my house to figure it out. I opened the box, read the instructions inside, and set-up the warmer. Within a few minutes my house smelled wonderful and we both were sold on Scentsy. A couple weeks later we ran across a Scentsy Consultant at a wine tasting event and my boyfriend suggested we buy a few more bars. I loved those scents (Skinny Dippin and Welcome Home) even more than the bars we already had at home. A few more weeks passed and I wanted more Scentsy. And that’s when I decided- I love it so much, why not sell it? So, I turned to facebook to find a friend (or a friend of a friend) that could give me more insight on becoming an Independent Scentsy Consultant. A friend connected me with my sponsor Jaci and after my first conversation with her I was excited to set off on this new opportunity. I am writing this 7 weeks into my Scentsy journey, and I am loving it more and more each day. I have a wonderful Scentsy team, and I am making new friends on a daily basis. I never saw myself as a salesperson, but I don’t have to be with Scentsy because it practically sells itself. I can’t wait to see what all my new business venture has in store for me.
